Permanently unlocks heavy melee and siege recruitment. Siege also needs one foundry in its city. Complete once per country; later eras retain this training. Every starting era requires this research, including Autonomous Warfare. Completed training remains visible for its completion era, then leaves the cards after advancing; unresearched training remains available.
